General Safety Protocols

The MAKO Sports Lighting System is engineered to be remarkably lightweight, but the structural capacity of the facility/existing poles should still be verified.

Adhere to correct safety protocols when installing. Installers must use suitable personal protective gear including but not limited to:

  • Hard hat
  • Eye protection
  • Protective work gloves
  • Steel-toed shoes
  • Fall protection

Electrical Safety Protocols

  • Exercise caution around overhead power lines or underground utilities. Adhere to all safety measures concerning high-voltage equipment.
  • Follow all electrical and building codes.
  • Before digging, identify the locations of all underground utilities.
  • Wiring can only be performed by qualified personnel.
